Forty years designing and manufacturing precision silicone components for aerospace, rail, medical and infrastructure — for places where reliability isn't optional.
Silicone is more than a material to us — it's the foundation of our engineering. For over 40 years, Silpro has designed and manufactured high‑performance, precision silicone components for industries where reliability, compliance and performance are critical: aerospace, electronics, transportation, and other technically demanding environments.
Every Silpro product is built to meet, and often exceed, the toughest customer and industry standards. Our processes hold consistent quality and tight tolerances across a wide range of profiles — size, geometry, colour, finish, length, diameter and mechanical strength — so each component is repeatable and reliable over the long term.
Our depth in silicone chemistry lets us tailor performance: flame auto‑extinguishing behaviour, low smoke emission, resistance to chemical liquids, and radiation resistance in extreme conditions. When off‑the‑shelf materials fall short, we develop custom‑characterised compounds to hit performance levels standard silicone can't reach.
We treat every project as a genuine technical partnership. From the earliest design stages, we work alongside customers to choose the right materials, profiles and manufacturing processes — reducing risk and optimising performance before a single part is made.
Our agile, in‑house organisation lets us respond quickly to changing requirements and deliver faster than traditional suppliers, without compromising quality. That combination of precision and material knowledge makes us a trusted partner for demanding applications and research projects, including collaborations with university laboratories.
We work with companies of every size, across every industry. Detailed specification or rough idea, multinational or local manufacturer — we'll design, develop and deliver the right silicone solution. No project is too big or too small, and no idea is too rough to bring to life.
Fire‑resistant silicone sealing for tunnel panel sections on the A1(M) Hatfield Tunnel and the Queensway/Kingsway tunnels linking Liverpool with the Wirral. Our seals hold airtight, fire‑resistant performance while accommodating structural movement — protecting both the infrastructure and the people using it.
Silicone components engineered for extreme conditions: consumable seals for fuselage casting, markers for wiring and cable identification, and parts that resist heat, fuels and lubricants. Lightweight and durable, they contribute to aircraft efficiency and long‑term reliability in critical aerospace systems.
Since 2016, high‑quality silicone solutions for major UK rail projects, including Paddington, Liverpool Street and Bond Street stations, and the Jubilee Line. Our gap sealing, panel seals and protective sleeving meet EN 45545 / LUL S1085 A5 fire safety standards — low smoke, self‑extinguishing, and built for compartmentalisation, airflow and fire containment in rolling stock, doors, windows and HVAC.
Medical‑grade silicone components engineered to withstand high temperatures, intense humidity and repeated sterilisation cycles with minimal degradation. Manufactured in‑house to ISO 9001 standards, supporting safe, compliant and efficient processes across critical healthcare environments.
